i have money owed to me and i havent received it in months. i tried talking to the staff and to no avail, even tried the ticket thing and i still havent received the payment of 199.65 and i need my money. if someone can help me that would be great.

What month was the money earned? Also if your PayPal was not fully implemented when you earned the money then you will need to wait until the catch up payment system is complete, then all owed money will be paid. Unfortunately there is not an ETA on when this will be completed yet.

Well that was also good for me to know.
Since I have not got payed what i am owed in the periode from jul 2014 to apr 2015.
In that timezone i had no payments at all. And i contacted support about that alot of times aswell.
But you say the come someday?
