Ok so i joined freedom couple days ago or a week now And it says Network not affiliated

Don't worry. As long as your partnered it's fine.
To make sure your partnered go to your creator studio. Go to the channel tab and under your name it should say Network: FREEDOM!

With the whole paid thing will i still get paid in 2 months then after that get paid every other month i Linked my Paypal

As said above. Can you go to your YouTube Dashboard, Channel and let us know what it says under your username should say Freedom if your partnered.
Copyright clams are ok, copyright strikes are not.

Yes that is correct you will get your first payment 2 months from now.. Pay day is the end of the month, November payment will be in January, December payment in February etc etc.

Can you look at your YouTube Features page at https://youtube.com/features and tell us if it says network: freedom there?

As noted above by @Showcase One Media , @LW001 and @scorpionvongaming can you please confirm that you are seeing "freedom" listed in your YouTubes status and features page - if that is the case then as noted above it may just take a while for the status of "not affiliated" to change for you.
