Solved need help with copyright claim

hi i just uploaded a new syntheisa video and got a claim from COMPASS_CS

i have disputed it but don't want my channel taken down and need help as i can't find anything about thme or how to contact them for possible permission to upload it

any help?

Copyright claims do not threaten your channel with closure, at most you'll loose out on ad revenue.

Is it visual or audio content. Otherwise remove the part or overwrite/delete the music.

it was a synthesia video but i have since removed it but thanks anyway

As you have removed the video and so no longer have the claim I will mark this as solved. A lot of copyright claims come from music so if you wish to avoid them you can turn in game music down. If you feel it is a false claim then dispute it. Normally the dispute will last 30 days and will then the claim will be removed, sometimes a lot quicker.

If it is a real claim, then they will reject the dispute and you will keep the claim or can remove the video etc.
