I'm thinking about joining this network. But i'm wondering if I can un-monetize videos. Like for example I made an AMV (Music video) And that might give me a strike. so I was wondering if I could un-monetize it?

You can stop a video being monetised in video manager by selecting it and un-checking all of the boxes. Probably easier to go into the "info and settings" of the video though.
