Hey!! My payment was Denied ? Why does this happen ? I checked my PayPal and Limitaton was removed 2 months ago !! I also checked it the PayPal email was linked and yes it was !! Can you please tell me why my Payment is Denied ?
My country Albania is not a PayPal Zero Country(not supported)! In fact it is supported from PayPal ! Help me !!
If you know where can i apply for a Catch-Up can you please tell it to me ?

Of you contact support they will probably be able to look into this separately for you.

As mentioned by LW001 you might want to submit a ticket to our support team about this so they can look into why this payment was declined, you can contact them via www.support.tm - Also as for your question about the catch-up payment you can request this from your Freedom dashboard, there should be a "catch up" button that you can press and should pay any outstanding payments / denied payments to you within 24-28 hours
