Solved My Payment Problem November 2014

I checked paypal . but i so sad to I didn't received payment , and in Freedom dashboard status: Denied.

1 week ago. I sent a ticket to support Freedom. He said : If you are owed any money, it will be sent to you in one of our upcoming catch-up payments.

But the present time still no payment. Staff can help me ?
