Solved My main channel is in the YPP but my other channels arent

I accepted the YPP for my main channel. I've since added two channels but they are both listed as not in the YPP. I tried to follow the drections: log into Freedom!, log into Youtube, click the Youtube logo and it brings up the YPP agreement. But it isn't there. I also tried to open a ticket, which just brings me to the forums. I go to the forums and try to find an answer and I cannot. HELP!!
