To begin remove the reason for the bad standing. If a video has material that got you a strike or such remove them and make your channel clean. Then it is to wait till your channel gets in the green again to re-apply

Ohh. Okay, now I'm out of things to say. Homemade video, no sound. I don't know what else could be copyright to your video. Let's just hope its some type of error on YouTube's part (is that possible?)

I mean the link you put for your new channel the videos you have i'm pretty sure are breaking copyright claims?... The video is claiming to be the Trailer of a movie but it's a song? That could have a lot to do with why you're in bad standing. As for your old channel i really didn't see anything wrong with the videos tbh but i'm not sure which one you said was in bad standings
