I'm reaching out to Freedom and George himself as I need help, but I'm worried it might be too late..

This morning I've recieved this from YouTube in my email :
http://puu.sh/lHEXr/1af97ca883.png

My channel does not work, it acts like it's deleted forever. The people that know me can say I was NOT breaking ANY rules of YouTube which could lead to this, in fact due to studying I wasn't that active lately, uploading a couple of videos a month. I was NOT promoting nudity, sexual content or anything that could possibly make them ban me in a second. My copyright standing was always good, I always used free music or I asked the creator for permission and shared his soundcloud in the description.
Most of the time I was using production music as a feature on freedom. There might have been two-three videos I got a copyright claim, and I knew about it so I accepted it.

My content was a classic let's play style channel, funny moments, montages... a couple of timelapse videos.. I have never ofended ANYONE in a way that could cause this. I've made fun of everything, even myself and when I had the feeling I crossed the line (which is not true as a lot of youtubers are far beyond it) I always added my classic "just kidding"...

I'm really sad, disapponted and furious at the same time, that YouTube left me no warning nor a reason on this. And I would very much like to hear it...

Is there any way I could get help here ?.. Anyone that can contact George for me or at least tell me for sure that it's gone forever with no way of getting it back ?

2 years of hard work and you wake up and it's gone ...

You mentioned that you might have received a copyright claim for a few videos: "There might have been two-three videos I got a copyright claim, and I knew about it so I accepted it"

Well this could be the reason why your account got terminated. If you didn't know, YouTube has a three strike warning system so when you receive your third copyright strike, you're out.

But let's not panic, we should be able to help you. I highly recommend contacting Freedom! Support by opening a support ticket. It may take a few days or a week but they will definitely help you. Make sure you tell them exactly what the issue is and be descriptive about it (like you were in this post). I'm sorry this has happened to you but I think everything is going to be alright. I will be glad to provide you further assistance until you get your account back.

You can open a support ticket here.

No, the copyright claims were just third party matches, not strikes. If I remember correctly, you recieve a strike, when you try to monetize the video which has a match on it, or continuously try to claim you own the rights. This was not the case with my videos. As I said, there were maybe 3 videos with a match on it, that I accepted, so the money goes to the creator, which is ok.

Anyways, I got a response from YouTube and it seems we're dealing with a completely different issue. They think I was using a bot of some sort or I was trying to get fake views of some sort. I don't even understand that and it just made me more angry because that is completely not true. I did this for fun and as a hobby, I didn't need fame and attention, just a small community so why would I do such things. I have a suspision somebody either made a bot on my channel that was doing this, or was getting me these fake views of some sort in a way.

Well this is the email :

Thank you Bryan, I will contact the support team as I don't know what to do now.

Oh I see, yeah that makes more sense, but still quite peculiar. Sorry that I can't directly help you, I don't have the power to do so. But I'm sure that the support team will solve the issue so please be patient and don't worry about a thing! :)

Alright, Freedom Support wasn't able to help, and all of my requests targetted at YouTube were declined by a robotic response linking me to the rules...

So now I just want to ask - if I create a new channel and want to be partnered here, do I have to fill the request like I did before ? Is there a way to connect it with this current account on forums ? Thanks.

That's very strange... I suggest you trying to contact YouTube support again by requesting to talk to a real person instead of a robot. Did it show proof that you were violating the rules. If there wasn't, ask for that.

Yeah! Keep contacting Google about the situation in great details until they fully get back to you!

Don't give up! As long as you haven't done anything wrong or anything that goes against Tos then you WILL get your channel back in the end.

They always reply with this :

Hello,
This account was found in Violation of TOU #4 Section H:
http://www.youtube.com/t/terms

"You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the YouTube servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, YouTube grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. YouTube reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Service (e.g., comments, email) for any commercial solicitation purposes. You agree not to solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Service with respect to their Content."

I'm not sure what they think, but it seems they are accusing me of using some sort of tricks / bots or some sort of software to get myself more views.. it's obviously nonsense and all of my views are legitimate, I have never used irelevant tags / titles either and I keep the comment section clean of spam.. So I'm not sure what they mean. I have sent the form again and I requested a real person to talk to me and explain what's wrong.
Thanks guys.

Oh well they still respond with the same message no matter what I write. It's been like 7 e-mails already.

My channel has disappeared from the Freedom dashboard as well so I think this is how it ends.

I already created a new one, waiting to be partnered again and I'm slowly reuploading some of my best work. I even have 12 subscribers *sarcastic* yay !

Thanks for all the help guys but I think this is a blind spot and I better start fresh ASAP rather than waste my time arguing with a robot from Google support. Just be careful with your channels so it doesn't happen to you as well. You don't want to loose 2 years and thousands of subscribers in one night like I did.
