Solved Money not being updated & paid

Greetings members of the Freedom team,

I've been having a problem that has been bothering me for a while. When I sign into my Freedom account and check my payments it still hasn't processed any of the revenue that I've earned since July, and August. Hope you get the problem really soon.

Let me just clear up some things so I can give a more precise answer.
Does it show the money on the Freedom Dashboard for July or it there nothing?
If it is blank, when did you join Freedom?

If it does show the money for July, here are the rules to payments and them being shown on the dashboard
July's earnings will be shown in late August, and paid on September 30th
Augusts earnings will be shown in late September, and paid on October 31st

I had this problem, try to go from All Earnings: All (default selection) to All Earnings: 2016 and then it showed my July earnings rather than $0.00.

As @Crazylawrence has said above your earnings for July will be paid to you at the end of this month and your earnings for August will be paid at the end of October in line with Freedoms payment schedule. Has this helped you out with your query @Bader ?
