It appears from your screenshot that there might be an issue to do with some kind of copyright claim on a video of yours that might be effecting your monetisation. Have you had any copyright claims lately? If so what was the outcome of these

No need to apologise. If you were given a copyright strike, deleting the video wouldn't of helped get rid of this. In that case Youtube may have disabled your monetisation temporarily due to this - Would you be able to tell me what it is showing under the monetisation heading of your YouTube dashboard, I can't quite make it out through the screenshot you supplied

Ok so it seems like you are currently waiting for your adsense account to be reviewed, to enable you to monetise your videos. This isn't anything to worry about so there is no need to worry. Once it has been reviewed you should see your monetisation options showing as green (basically the first screenshot you gave the red part should turn green) and then allow you to monetise your videos.

I'm only going by the screenshot you provided which says "your adsense application is being reviewed" it seems to suggest that you don't have the access to monetise your videos. Also your monetisation option on your YouTube dashboard which you showed in your first screenshot isn't showing as green, which it would do if everything was able to be monetised as you said

No judging by that screenshot you still haven't fully completed your Freedom application yet as its telling you to accept the Freedom invitation, which you can do by clicking on the green chat button shown in the right hand side of the screenshot. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of your main YouTube status and feature page? As this could just be a temporary bug, or you may have been unlinked due to the copyright strike on your video and that could be why its now showing about your adsense application

Yes you wouldn't be able to click the green button yet as it appears that you may have been unlinked from the Freedom network due to your copyright claim, as such this could be why your adsense application is under review - as you may have been removed from Freedom's adsense and as such need to activate yours before you can request to rejoin Freedom and click the green invite button.
So to recap, in your last screenshot above it shows that you don't have monetisation on your account - as its asking you to enable this. You won't be able to click on the "request invitation" button your seeing on your Freedom dashboard until this has been done.
