Well since i am a moderator on the MGN forums i can tell the difference.

Since MGN is a network by gamers for gamers so are the benefits. MGN is working on exclusive sponsorships for gamers and we are busy with events for diverse games.
Besides that MGN launched the shop in where you can buy 5% extra revenue for a given month, in time more things wil be added. A big update is coming soon to MGN so i would keep a close eye on it
