I've hatched a plan to create a comedy series similar in structure to Robot Chicken.

My question is, if you were to watch a video series where there were 15 or so 20 second skits, what would you want it to be called?

I've noticed that with things like that it's good to come up with something really eye catching in a sense. The name needs to pop and for the most part most of those types of names usually consist of two seemingly unrelated words that are given new meaning when paired. Good examples I think are like you said Robot Chicken, Mental Floss, and Rooster Teeth. You see these same concepts within these titles because they're memorable and match the intended variety and uniqueness of the content. At least that's my suggestion. I know that's not exactly what you asked for since you were asking about an actual name but I think with tips like this you can come up with one yourself since it really is based on the exact type of content you're providing and the emotional reaction you want to create within people when they read it. Good luck, sounds like a cool idea.
