If that message on your dashboard could be a bug as a lot of people have that showing but they are linked. The best thing to do is just check your YouTube dashboard channel settings area and if it says Freedom on there then you are linked. Also make sure all your videos are set to monetized on the YouTube dashboard in the edit section of each video.
