Solved "Learn More" Not Showing Up On Dashboard

Okay, so I have created an account on nearly all of the different Freedom websites, and I really like the whole layout. I was just having one issue, and that was probably the biggest issue. I was not able to connect my Freedom account with my Youtube account. The option to click, "Learn More" as shown in the video was not popping up, and I was wondering if there was some type of setting I had to set before trying to connect the two accounts. Please reply/help me as I really love this entire program.
