Any way of sharing how you managed to get to 300 within a few months? Any tips of tricks?

Don't get me wrong I've been at it 10 years lol, but gained quite a few recently, lots of chat and links posted on various Social media platforms, Facebook groups, Xbox groups, Twitter, Google plus on top of answering any and all comments on videos or Twitch streams, viewers are far more likely to subscribe if you engage them in chat, I was not doing that in the past and there was very little activity on my Youtube, since I started engaging my audience far more activity.
