Solved i've created a ticket but still no reply

Hello, i am tyring to transfer to PowerTv but when i go to my profile and click " Request Network transfer" PowerTv doesn't pop up at all. Some help would be much appreciated thanks.

Also i sent a email to [email protected] , but received no reply.
