So i had a problem with the "learn more" pop-up not appearing in my dashboard. A moderator told me to create a ticket. I created a ticket and submitted it. Someone from the team emailed me and told me to give them evidence and all of that. I did, and they said they would check back with me. An email saying "Welcome to Freedom!" Came to my email and it said wait 48 hours and the "learn more" pop-up will come. that amount of time has passed and I don't know what to do. Please someone help
If it still has not arrived then you will need to create a support ticket on the support portal and the support team will be able to send a new one to you
