It won't let me be get partnered I says on the Freedom page that I'm not Linked but it does on youtube? I don't know what to do.

You got to wait till they send you a partner invite. Once you accepted the invite your channel will be linked.

Once your partnered with Freedom and linked your channel it may take a while for the dashboard to update properly
