Revamps aren't usually free. Some people charge real money and some even take forum credits!
I agree with @Marcus Walker revamps normal costs RL money. Since a lot of people don't want to work for free.
Try contact a GFX artist, then you could work out a deal, which may be suitable for your needs, but you may have to pay just a little bit.
