If we're starting off with tips, I'd hover over to the sticky threads on the introduction pages to get your situated with your posts. People can relate to you a ton easier when you work on writing more material for yourself. Secondly, it's important to make videos that stand out over other people. If your videos are better than everyone elses, you will naturally grow. But, if you need more ideas for what to do, going to the drawing board would help tremendously. Youtube is all about marketing yourself, making videos that apply to people, and having fun!
