As mentioned above, as there is no mention of Freedom! on your features page, it means you ar enot connected to Freedom! and so there is no option ot leave as you are not in Freedom!

In regards to your screenshot, I am unsure what you are asking.

It shows that you have $0 earnings the past couple of months, indicating that you were not a part of Freedom! for those months.
