Hey, I have a payment due from November 2014, I created tickets a few times, they reply but the replies dont even make sense. I have money due that i earned and I still havent got it. I opened a ticket like a week ago and it just closed with no reply? Please. Any staff that could help me would be great.
Check your email, they normally respond there and not back to the ticket, it happened to me and it was in my email but they deleted the ticket.

Just to let you know: Support closed your ticket because you opened multiple tickets. They most likely responded to your ticket, please check your email.
