Solved I got my channel MONETIZED again, so i want to Re-join Freedom!

Hi, i was partnered with Freedom! but i lost the partnership cause i lost the monetization with Youtube (due to the new YT threshold 1k subs etc)

The thing is, my channel is monetized again, can anyone help me to get the partnership again, i mean the options are too much, the forum, the dashboard , where to start?
