Solved i don't see "Learn More"

Go on you Youtube Dashboard (Google Search it), Soon you click it you should see you partnership on top right side and it should say This partnership would like you they partnership and if not go on you Partnership help page and do a ticket/case etc and put Invitation and tell them you like them send you invitation. and might take 3 - 5 days without weekends (Those don't count)

It can take up to 5 days for your CMS invite to appear on your YouTube dashboard.
If it doesn’t show after 5 days make sure you have no copyright strikes on your channel and that you have FanFunding disabled on your YouTube dashboard as these will stop you from getting the invite.
Once you have done this you need to visit the new Freedom support website and register if you haven’t already. Then just simply click “Create A New Case” and choose “Invitations” from the ticket type menu and then in the message box just ask if they can send you an invite to your YouTube dashboard so you can join the Network http://freedom2.support.tm/
