Hello there @ProHD PvP,
Freedom! has recently changed the way their Network/MCN invitations work. You will now instead be reviewed by a Freedom! QC team member and then invited to a chat with a Freedom! employee. After that, you will be sent the invitation on your YouTube Dashboard.

Like LW001 said, your application and channel will be reviewed by a QC team member and if it is approved you will be send an invitation.
