Solved I cant join

I was accepted into freedom but i cant join the netowrk please help me

Under the new partnership rules you must undertake a live chat with a Freedom representative on your Freedom dashboard, before being sent your 'learn more button' its once you have received this and accepted the learn more button that you are officially joined with the network. Unfortunately there is a bit of a delay with the live chat at the minute due to amount of onboarding (joining partners) and a shortage of staff members due to the internal review procedures - as such we would ask for you patience over the coming days whilst this is being fixed.
