Solved I can't access to my profile

today i have a problem which is i can't access my profile on freedom
it says Before you can access this area, we need to confirm your identity. We have sent you an email which contains a verification link. To continue, please check your email at *************
the problem is that it is not the right email adress it's the old one
i Contacted support he said reply me with your data i will respond in 48 hours
I wait 3 days no answer
what shall i do
