Solved I can´t get into epidemic sound

I am having some troubles to get into epidemic sound.
When I try to get in the website it shows that I was not already approved. but I already received an email with the confirmation that this was already approved and also I have the dashboard.
Attached you will find the jpg of the image that appear on the website when I try to log in.
Could you help me with this please?
