Solved I am partner, but I am not

So basically,

I receive a email where Freedom told me I am in Freedom network and they put there a link how do I accept the network on my youtube channel. So, I go on Dashboard on my Youtube Channel and nothing happens, like nobody offer me the partner thing. What should I do now ?

Nope, but I activate the monetization from Dashboard>Channel ?

Yes that one , after that wait 48 hours if you don't receive invitation then i guess send a ticket and ask them why the delay
