So I am a Freedom partner but the error is that it does not say it so where can I tell you guys it and also where can I send you my paypal email and it says that I have to ask my network about paid content.

To get the Freedom partner forum badge you need to fill out the form which is outline here - https://freedom.community.tm/badge/
Also you can add your paypal email address on your Freedom dashboard, just go down to the profile section and on the right there will be a section to input your paypal information. And finally as for the paid content you must meet all of the criteria outlined in this before being eligible to have paid content on your Youtube account
