Solved How to re-join Freedom!

Hello everyone,

I temporarily left Freedom! in hopes of working with another network, but it fell through. I would like to re-partner with Freedom, but going through the application process only gives me "Channel already in use" I am properly de-linked, and it says so in my YouTube page.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
