It really depends on what your making and how long it takes to make. For me My old channel i was uploading a video every day but after we re-branded and focused more on better content instead of just minecraft videos we switched to a monday, wednesday, friday schedule to give me more time to edit and make sure the quality is up to par. And if their is any changes in schedule I let my viewers know like this week i started uploading every day because of a new series i wanted to do but couldn't fit it into my current rotation.
Basicly just figure out what content you plan on creating and figure out how long it takes to create said content. Then use that info to figure out what kindof schedule is right for you. And if you plan to change it in the future to let your viewers know that its changing.
