Solved How long does it take for a ticket response?

I submitted a ticket over 24 hours ago and haven't gotten any response.

The ticket was in regards to the CMS invite not showing up on my Yt dashboard (got the email saying I was accepted into the network).

Yes, I am partnered with youtube.
Yes, I have adsense set up.
Yes, my account is in good standing.
Copyright, good standing

Hey

You need to wait a bit longer than 24 hours as Freedom do have over 100,000 channels in their Network. Give it a few more days and it will be sorted for you. While you are waiting make sure you have no copyright strikes on your channel and that you have FanFunding disabled on your YouTube dashboard as these will stop you from getting the CMS invite.

As the following user said above, it does take more than 24hours to get a response, usual wait time is at most 48hours.

You need to wait a bit longer than 24 hours as Freedom do have over 100,000 channels in their Network. Give it a few more days and it will be sorted for you. True but probably at least 5-10% of their channels are ones that are inactive as other people say too.

Hi @AmazingJoe,

As previous users mentioned above, getting a response to your ticket may take more than 24 hours. We are sorry that we can't reach to you immediately. The best thing to do is wait for your ticket to be dealt with!

Side note: you don't need a Google Adsense account to be paid by Freedom!, but you do need a PayPal account.

Update

It's been nearly 72 hours now, no ticket response.

It's also been 5 days since I got the acceptance email. Still no CMS invite on my dashboard...

Patience is the key mate. Response can take up till a week. There are many people that send in a ticket wich need to be answered.
