I recently left freedom to test others things and they didnt workout so im looking to come back to freedom but i still have my normal dashboard.. is there a way i can apply back to freedom?

When i go to apply it just takes me back to the dashboard like im still with freedom.. but i lef about a month and a half ago

No it does not mean he didn't leave, you still keep access to freedom dashboard even after you leave.
