Do you have screenshots to show what issues you are running into?

As @LW001 has said would you be able to provide some screenshots of the issues that you are running into as your description of the problem doesn't really give us much to work with. For example when you say your "account" do you mean your Forum account or your Freedom account - also where are you seeing this issue to?
