Just visit the new Freedom support website and register if you haven’t already. Then just simply click “Create A New Case” and choose “Payment Problem” from the ticket type menu and then in the message box just let them know what your proble is https://freedom.desk.com

Thanks but it is not allowing MW do what I need I want added a card to my PayPal so how would I get my money because it still says payment due since last year

Make sire you are on a computer/laptop as for some reason the mobile version doesn't show you create a new case section. As for your PayPal, you need to log into www.paypal.com and add your bank card to that then you can withdraw your money from your PayPal.
