Solved Help with copyright strike

Hello, I've been with freedom a while, and haven't had a copyright strike for over a year, then I randomly got hit with one the other day for background music in a game i was lets playing. Does Freedom.tm help with these situations like other partners. Right now, there doesn't seem to be any negatives aside from them monetizing my video instead of me which is rough considering its an hour long video and the song is only a minute long while i talk to an npc in a bar. I'm halfway okay with this because i like the band in the background, but I'd at least like the option to share revenue than have it all taken.

well if your only strike come with the monetizing a video with holding a 3 part clamed content.
You either need to get the permissions from the orginal actor of the song to use it in monetized videos.
Else you may need to either mute the current part or dont montize the video.

There arent really anything to do what i know of there can help you.
Best way is to get a permission from the actor.

As for sharing in the revenue that option is soon to be introduced by Youtube. As for the strike can't you remove the song with the youtube editor to mute that part?

It occurs while I'm talking to NPCs and explaining my decisions while critiquing the game which would be rather unprofessional to cut out. I'm currently trying to dispute it under fair use because the medium which contains the music is falling under fair use in the manner in which it is presented.
