Also, be sure to follow this to monetize all your videos quickly.' but in youtube dashboard i don't get any invitation,why? ;-;
This may be because you are not yet partnered or the dashboard hasn't updated yet. To check if you are partnered go to this page https://www.youtube.com/features and it should show "Network: Freedom".
Looking at your channel it doesn't look like you are partnered yet, if you have only just applied it may take some time for the learn more button to show up as there are delays with the invite process at the moment. It may take up to a week to get accepted.

Zidovo, it took about 5 days for my "learn more" button to appear. Usually it takes 2-3 days but if its not there by then, contact http://freedom.support.tm/
