Solved HELP! Payments Showing up as paid?

Hey, started my channel a while back and was letting the money just build up so I could cash out and build a new custom PC! Today I log in to check my balance and it says all 3 of the payments have been paid. The paypal email isn't active so it should've just sent back like the last ones. Please help ASAP I would be ashamed to loose everything ive earned so far.

I think you just need to log into your Paypal account and activate it and then the payments should show up in your Paypal.

Hi,

What do you mean by "the paypal address isn't active"?

If you mean you have not set up an account with the email you put in then it doesnt matter, the payments are still sent to that address, once you sign up it will be in the account.

If you mean that you have not put in your paypal address yet, then you will need to contact the support team to find out what is going on.

I have a email but the account isnt setup. I get emails saying the money is ready to be claimed but whenever I was to click it, it took me to create an account. So your saying its in the account that isnt created yet?

Did you do every thing paypal want you to do. Did you confirm your account. Is your email wrong at any place?

Yes, once you create the account it will be there to claim. I am not sure how long it will remain there, so better to create it as soon as possible.
