Help needed

Hello all, hope you're all well. I'm not sure if this is the right place to post so I apologise in advance if it isn't.

I've just hit 15,000 views on my channel and I'm getting regular likes. The problem is getting people to subscribe, I've put a link but people aren't clicking. Can anyone offer advise on how to grow my channel.

Any advice offered will be much appreciated.

try to give the people a reason to subscribe you. and try to make yourself more professional. like making a actual trailer for your channel and using thumbnails.and with giving a reason I mean be awesome and give your fans the time of their life. then they wil subscribe
