Solved HELP ME PLEASE

Im trying to get partnered with you guys, but i made 2 accounts under the same email address, and i tried to deactivate the other account but it deactivated both of my accounts. So now when i try to create another account it wont let me....it says to reactivate my account but when ever i do that it gives me the wrong account
NEW: So Freedom partnered my youtube channel but i cant get to the login page on Freedom...WHY?
