The Freedom! Dashboard may be down for you due to bugs getting fixed, but you can try logging on from a different web browser. This method helps me access the dashboard most of the time.

This happened to me about twice before. Make sure you've logged into your YouTube email, none other.
if you're still not sure, download the heartbeat google chrome app extension. http://bit.ly/1KGyE5u (Shortened the link ad free so you dont have a mile long link) add to chrome then go to youtube. Make sure you're on your main uploading account, go to creator studio, and click Freedom! Dashboard. If your channel dashboard is there, it may have been the wrong email as I mentioned before. If not you really need support
