hey dude , welcome to freedom I have looked at your channel and for starting out it isn't to bad , avatar and banner are nice , Personally I would upgrade banner but do this when you get a bit bigger , thumbnails are as well and I like the name of the channel Plus black ops 3 is good , I do videos on this as well quality of videos are good and the audio is great

Now some tips

NEVER do sub for sub because it leads to dead subs and does not help at all......

Use social media such as facebook, Instagram , twitter, google + and forums to help build your channel nd get your videos out there

Hmm Use this one , just be active and help people and talk with them I only use this so not sure but redidt can be good sometimes
