Actually i dont have PayPal Account, can i save my moneys on Freedom and when i will create a PayPal account to take my moneys back? For this month i have 105k Watch time views and 72k views.
I have $36 from Ad rates and $20+ estimated revenue on my you channel.
Please, can anyone tell me ?

Yes if you have not added a paypal email address yet then the money will be held by Freedom until this is updated. Once you have set up a paypal email all you need to do is add this to your Freedom dashboard and then request a catch-up payment for the funds that you have earned.
