I've tried to resolve this for about 2 weeks now, and gotten no response from anyone at Freedom so I decided to go on the forum and ask for help. Do I need to disconnect from freedom and reconnect, it's getting pretty tediuos that I haven't gotten a reply for such a long time, when previously I got very fast response.
