Depending on the ruling it could affect fair usages and a lot of people could be in the firing line for a court case.

I just hope the jury actually has a brain and discard the case entirely. The lawsuit itself is a joke and H3H3 himself prove it to us.
Couldn't agree more. As if Fair Use wasn't already under fire by movie studios and other big media. Turns out other Youtubers are throwing their hats in the ring. I'm just happy that so many people are showing support for H3
