Hey everyone!
My name is TrulySalty, and I've gone by that name for hundreds of hours of gameplay before I ever started on my path to becoming a presence in online gaming and entertainment.
In all reality, I actually started as a Twitch streamer on a mere whim, because at the time, I had a powerful enough PC and what I believed to be the personal skills to be successful as a streamer. A month or two later, there was a minor scare about a few security concerns, so I packed my virtual bags and decided to seek out new and fresh pastures on YouTube. Luckily for me, most (if not all) of my mini-fanbase (~40-50 fans) followed me over, and I posted my first video to YouTube on January 14, 2015.
I've been at this for over a year now and I've loved growing as a content creator and meeting all of the new people has been a blast! These days, I mostly play FPS games, and as I've gotten better and better at them, people have started to enjoy my content more. Now I don't have to only rely on my commentary- though people seem to like it, haha- and I can now provide interesting, intense and somewhat skilled FPS gameplay.
I was rather recently unanimously voted as leader of a certain FPS clan I am in simply because people loved my personality, content and skill, and that whole ordeal was an honor and surprise to me.
Another interesting fact: I am not new to Freedom. I've been a member since February 14th, 2016.
I joined after seeing many advertisements for it in various areas online, and hungry for growth, I decided to give it a shot. The problem is that all I really did was sign up and forget about it, hoping to reap where I had not sown for easy subscribers and views. I see YouTube very differently now, though, and I made a point to so my research about this network I have been with for ~5 months now.
I am very happy that I joined Freedom those mere months ago and I will continue to research it and hopefully keep reaping the benefits of being a member of this extremely positive and encouraging community.
Thanks for welcoming me to the forum and I hope to see you all around!
