Your videos are quality mate, just clever, funny etc
you have to keep up that intensity cause what I did was edit some videos than not others as a mistake, maybe I would suggest an intro and outro? not a huge thing, for example I haven't seen KSI with a video and never hurt him obviously more games played is a good idea to reach a wider audience but it looks like a nice variety you have going for you. The thumbnails are great as well and not click bait! such a relief same with the titles no all caps etc. Video length is maybe a little bit long when going past 15 minutes but I understand if you think the footage is good that you created and thought it was nice. I have subbed in a genuine way not like a sub for sub cause I think you have serious promise and you integrate your personality into the videos with the game which is always good So to summarise for suggestions: Intros and outros , Get links in the outros for other videos, Maybe shorter videos and More of the same high quality you have already shown! 
Thanks man! This really means a lot and I will be getting a nice outro/intro and I have also seen that people dont watch videos that long so I will try to keep them at a healthy length! One question though: should I go for an intro made from a template and an outro with just the thumbnails or an outro with the previous video playing in it?Your videos are quality mate, just clever, funny etc
Hey man, template for an intro works better for me cause I don't have to worry about it, outro with thumbnails is better so people come back to videos on your channel like free advertising almost
Subscribers watch longer videos so occasional ones wont do you any harm

Nice channel trailer, background, branding and great commentary
I know COD is your thing bit with it becoming more and more of a DLC fest with mediocre lazy games being produced by the developers it is becoming less popular
maybe other big genre, scary games are a nice touch
Maybe record commentary after gameplay?
In Double Nuketown ! - Gun Game - Black Ops 3 you were talking about engaging with your subs which everyone really likes then cause you're not like a robot you got distracted by the game
Don't get me wrong I do the exact same thing so maybe post video recording commentary? I know it might be weird with a webcam not doing it live
More outro videos cause the one on: Take a Bow - ShadowClaw - Black ops 3 looked nice but I couldn't click to get to the next videos that you put footage of in the outro
And maybe a bit longer on the outro but otherwise don't think you need an intro cause it works with your 'whats up guys' approach

mate just seen the QnA I really wouldn't believe you would have confidence issues you come off so calm and happy in the videos, you have done something high quality on youtube with your channel, most people are resorting to click bait ****** fake pranks or whatever but yours is original and fun, always be proud of that and take that confidence to the Norwich with you! yeah you wouldn't think it but yes , I have very bad confidence issues !it will get better though and youtube has helped a lot , and I will bring it all the way !!!! Cheers again pal
