Firstly, go to the following link and make sure that it states Freedom! under where it says Partner Verified

Make sure that you have your PayPal address submitted on the freedom dashboard.

Since it seems it is payed out there must be a problem with you paypal and not with Freedom. They owe you nothing as it is paid.
